Trail Description
This pleasant stroll crosses the expansive Kawuneeche Valley on the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park to historic cabins built by the Holzwarth family during the early 1900's. Visit with interpretive rangers and volunteers to learn how life was lived in the mountains. How to Get There
From downtown Grand Lake, travel 10 miles north on US Hwy 34 (8.1 miles north of the Kawuneeche Visitor Center). The parking area is on the west side of the road. |
