Trail Description
Often bypassed by hikers on their way to Dream and Emerald Lakes, Nymph Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park is a pleasant short hike worth traveling to. The wide trail has some steeper sections but is easy for traveling with glimpses of mountain peaks along the way. Numerous benches around the small lake offer good resting places to enjoy the lakes Yellow Pond lilies and scenic vistas, including Hallett Peak to the west and Longs Peak to the south.

How to Get There
Take the Bear Lake Road from US 36 to the Bear Lake trailhead, 9.7 miles. Parking during the summer season is very limited. It's best to utilize the Hiker Shuttle from the Estes Park Visitor Center and the Park Shuttle Buses.
